North Vancouver to Whistler
Travel onboard the Rocky Mountaineer from the coastal city of Vancouver to the resort town of Whistler, renowned for outstanding skiing and year-round outdoor activities. Following your check-in at and motorcoach transfer from your downtown Vancouver hotel, board the Rocky Mountaineer train at the North Vancouver Platform for a breathtaking rail journey through the stunning scenery of the Sea to Sky Corridor. Highlights of the trip include spectacular views of Howe Sound and the Coast Mountains, Brandywine Falls, Mount Garibaldi and the impressive Cheakamus Canyon. On arrival at the Whistler train station, between 11:30 AM and 12:30 PM, you will be transferred to your hotel. The remainder of the day is at your leisure.

Get transfered by motorcoach to Pemberton where you will board the Rocky Mountaineer train to travel to the charming rural town of Quesnel, gateway to the North Cariboo. Enjoy breathtaking and varied scenery, from the river canyons and lush farmland of the Pemberton Valley, through the desert-like conditions of the Fraser Canyon, to rolling hills and vast ranchlands of the Cariboo Plateau. Highlights include the shorelines of Anderson Lake and glacier-fed Seton Lake, sweeping views of the Fraser Canyon, and the crossing of Deep Creek Bridge, one of the highest railway bridges in the world. Breakfast and lunch will be served onboard. You will arrive in Quesnel between 7:00pm and 9:00pm PT. Spend the evening exploring the town, or relaxing in your hotel.

Upon arrival at the Rocky Mountaineer Jasper Train Station please make your way to your assigned motorcoach. Your luggage will already be loaded onto your motorcoach. You will be transferred with your luggage to the Drop-Off Location noted in your itinerary. Please remember to collect your luggage when you arrive at your Drop-Off Location. Should your assigned Drop-Off Location be different than your overnight accommodation, please ensure you are able to bring your luggage with you as it may be a short walk or additional taxi to your hotel.
