Pros: Ship is 3 years old, very well run with professional and efficient staff. Our cabin attendants were friendly, courteous and eager to accommodate our needs. Accommodations are comfortable with nice balcony.

Just so-so. Good for older people.

Pros: Ship was great. Rooms well equipped with plenty of storage and nice bathroom. Great staff.
Cons: Several ports are no where near the cities listed: Rome, Florence and Venice you spend way more time on the bus or other transportation then visiting the cities. Feel like you are mislead on what you are seeing. Entertainment is slow paced and repetitive . Piano player and violinist, guitar player every day. House band, etc. While they are talented it’s not very energetic or entertaining after multiple days.

There was a comic/card tossed who was great and a woman Lorie who gave a lot of history and was a good speaker

If the shore excursions could proceed at a more leisurely pace and provide the participants, the opportunity to shop and take pictures at some of the venues it would be a bit more enjoyable. If we wanted to look at something and take a picture, we had to rush to catch up to the group.

We loved our 28 day cruise!

Pros: The staff! Excellent customer service, from Housekeeping to Guest Services to Dining. Great room. Great ship! Lots of common areas AND quiet areas. All in all, a terrific experience.
Cons: Most often, the food could have been hotter. With all the heat lamps, we still found some things (like the potatoes and even the meat) lukewarm at best. This should be an easy fix. Also, some dimmers on the bathroom lights would be great. They are very bright!
Recommended: Yes
Forgot to mention the spa - it was wonderful and we used it almost daily!
